Factory control: Every product after double carefully checked, before leaving the factory until no slightest problem.
Production department will detect each product before shipment, then the goods can delivery, packaging is also very professional process to make sure the safety during shipping.

Warranty: Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified for the quality, quantity, packing carton, and label.

If you have any problem of the products, please feedback to us first, and we will discuss the issue with you immediately.

Lost Products: If products get lost during delivery, or you still do not get your goods for a long time, please contact our customer service timely, it will be deal with ASAP.

Usually, we will provide tracking number and delivery date after goods sent out. If products get lost on the way, after confirmation, we will arrange redelivery for your products.
